Success story from 2019
Porsche AG's website at porsche.com has been operated with Noxum's content management system since 2005. The first step into the cloud was taken with the Azure project and a microservice architecture was implemented. Porsche is thus supporting
- its marketing automation strategy, particularly with regard to personalization,
- the increasing throughput of marketing projects and
- a better user experience on porsche.com, especially in the Asian region

Project requirements
The expansion of the server landscape and the reorganization of the web architecture should
- provide load balancing across three locations
- reduce latency in the APAC region and deliver
- deliver on-site performance for non-cacheable content or content that has not yet been cached.
To achieve this, the large distributed system is to be converted into a modern microservice architecture and Docker containers are to be used as a delivery tool for the web front end.

A Web CMS from Noxum for the UK Porsche dealer network
Case Report Porsche Cars Great Britain Ltd
Porsche Cars Great Britain Ltd in partnership with the dealer network decided on a technical relaunch of their web presentation.
The Porsche AG website at www.porsche.com has been operated with the Noxum GmbH content management system since 2005. Now the web presence for the British and Irish dealer sites, including www.porschereading.co.uk, is being added on the basis of Noxum WebAccess. The British market, Porsche Cars Great Britain Ltd, thus offers its dealers standardized websites that can be edited in a central multi-web CMS.
Requirements for the Web CMS
The nationwide maintenance of the dealer websites of the British market should take place in an intuitive Web CMS with regulated roles and rights. The following requirements were placed on content maintenance:
- Introduction of a decentralized maintenance option by dealers in cooperation with an agency: fully automated workflow support
- Easier handling of the pages
- Module-oriented content control
- Connection to various external applications such as external used car databases, CRM or services for data traffic analysis
- High standards in the area of multimedia - for example image galleries, YouTube or local videos [...]
