Würzburg October 23, 2024 - Noxum GmbH, specialist for content management and editorial systems, invites trade visitors to the tekom annual conference to attend a presentation with its speaker Kevin Johnson, Head of Project, on November 6, 2024, 10 a.m., Room C5.1.
Technical editors are often faced with the challenge of effectively managing large and complex amounts of information and making it available in a targeted manner. This presentation will highlight the transformative power of modern content delivery, with a special focus on the Audi Knowledge Tank platform, which serves as an example of best practice.
The Audi Knowledge Tank addresses these issues by implementing an innovative content delivery solution that enables seamless and efficient content delivery and updating. The platform integrates content management and product information management, enabling content to be organized efficiently and published consistently across different channels.
In this context, the speaker will also present a proof of concept (PoC) to evaluate the effectiveness of an AI-controlled chatbot in answering technical questions. Specifically, the extent to which the integration of an AI-controlled chatbot into the Audi Knowledge Tank platform can further improve content delivery was investigated.
